BSCA/BTHA

Burke Station Citizen’s Association

The Burke Station Citizen’s Association, Incorporated (BSCA) encompasses all homes, both detached and townhouses. The BSCA cares for property and concerns common to all homes in Burke Station Square.
The BSCA collects dues once a year to help pay for the general upkeep of common areas and other general needs for the whole community.

Burke Townhouse Homeowner’s Association

The Burke Townhouse Homeowner’s Association, Incorporated (BTHA) governs the townhouses in Burke Station Square. The BTHA addresses concerns specifically related to the townhouses such as street repair, parking, and common property. The BTHA collects dues quarterly. Townhouse owners are in both the BTHA and the BSCA and must pay dues, fees, and assessments to both the BSCA and BTHA. Townhouse residents with questions or concerns regarding the townhouse areas and guidelines should contact Ken Eiriksson, eastcoastmgmt@aol.com

Home Owners Association (HOA) Resale Packages

Homeowners planning to sell their homes, must obtain a HOA package from the BSCA. Townhome owners must obtain two HOA packages, one from the BSCA and, in addition, a HOA package from the BTHA.
